new fast ferry
between Trinidad and Tobago |

The Cat, a fast ferry for 800 passengers and up to 250 cars did the maiden voyage
on Sunday January 9th 2005. With just two and a halve (yes, 2 1/2)
hours travel time, this could be a serious competitor for the Trinidad
and Tobago air bridge, which is not known for being reliable due to
frequent delays.

between Manchester and Trinidad is providing the second destination to
the U.K. Flights operate twice weekly, and be operated by the
airline's "new" Airbus A340-300s. Routing will be Port of
